We can provide plastic storage and process tanks in standard sizes that can be used as is, or modified to your specification by adding plastic process piping, valves and fittings. We can also engineer and fabricate unique and custom designs. Available resins include high density polyethylene, polypropylene, and PVDF. These tanks are ideal for use in laboratory, biotech and pharmaceutical applications.
Advantages to using plastic tanks include: lightweight, lower cost than stainless steel, better resistance to cracking than fiberglass, and superior chemical resistance.
Standard Style Plastic Tanks
Common shapes and styles include rectangular, cylindrical (open top, closed top, dome top, flat bottom and cone bottom), horizontal leg tanks, vertical bulk storage, dual tank consoles and secondary containment tanks. Standard styles can also be modified to specification with a wide selection of options, including process piping, valves and fittings.
Our tanks are rotationally molded for seamless and consistent wall thickness and quality. Tanks can be molded in several available resins to suit your application requirements.
Custom Fabricated Plastic Tanks
We can create custom plastic tanks to meet your application specifications. Using polyethylene or polypropylene resins we provide custom solutions for application where metal components are not an option.
Primarily provided to the bio-pharm, pharmaceutical and medical markets we can provide fabricated solutions using USP Class VI polypropylene.
